What happens if a quote is rejected?

It stays on record without ever becoming a matter, so nothing is created before consent exists.

Can we create a matter without a quote?

Yes. The process is similar to creating a quote, but Logic Firm will not produce an LSA. A conflict check is still required.

How is the legal services agreement signed?

Optional SignWell e-signing is available at additional cost. Firms can also use their existing signing process.

Can we track quotes that are still being negotiated?

Yes. The pipeline holds quotes by stage, so a firm can see what is out and what is still moving.

Do quotes from our current system migrate?

Open quotes come across in the structured import. Historical rejected quotes are a scoping decision made in migration planning. See our migration process
