Does this replace Xero?

No. Xero stays your ledger of record. Logic Firm captures time and disbursements, sends invoices to Xero and reflects credit notes applied there. It does not overwrite a Logic Firm invoice from figures edited in Xero.

Do I have to remember to start a timer?

No. You can record time directly from the Feesheet as you go.

Can we bill on fixed fees as well as hourly?

Yes. Time can be recorded on a fixed-fee, unit or duration basis.

What happens to time recorded in our old system?

It is reconciled and imported with the rest of your financial data, as a named requirement in the migration plan and signed off before go-live. See our migration process

Who can see another fee earner’s time?

Role-based permissions, enforced at the matter level. Leadership reporting is separate from personal dashboards.
