One trigger date
You enter one trigger date: exchange, service, the date of injury, a hearing listed.
Dependent deadlines calculate
Logic Firm calculates the dependent deadlines from it and writes them onto the matter.
Tasks move with the date
Each of those dates can carry tasks and reminders, which move if the date moves.
Logic Firm to Outlook
Calendar entries flow from Logic Firm to Outlook so fee earners can see them in their familiar calendar.

What happens if a trigger date changes?

If the firm’s workflow is configured with linked dates and tasks, changing the trigger recalculates the dependent deadlines and moves the tasks attached to them.

Where do the calculation rules come from?

They are configured to the jurisdictions and matter types your firm works in, during setup.

Does it sync with our existing Outlook calendars?

Calendar entries currently flow from Logic Firm to Outlook as part of the Microsoft 365 integration.

Do court dates migrate with our matters?

Yes, in the same structured import as matters, contacts and ledgers, reviewed and signed off before go-live. See our migration process

Can we see the whole firm’s commitments?

You can view matter calendars, your own calendar and the firm calendar. Other people’s events are visible where those events are public.
