Treat every customer like a partner.
We are partners, not a software vendor that simply resolves tickets.
We help law firms grow, improve and operate more effectively, rethinking legal operations from first principles — the same thinking behind shipping with no pre-built matter types and connecting the quote, conflict-check and matter workflows.
Eight steps, with people the whole way
Most of it runs in the background, while your team keeps working in your current system.
Trial
Explore Logic Firm properly before committing to anything, no card required. Work it against your real questions: how would our matters be structured, how does trust behave, what does the Xero sync actually do.
When it’s the right fit, you’ll know from evidence, not a pitch.
Contract
Terms, timeline and scope, agreed together in plain language, including your go-live date, set at the start so everything works backwards from a real day on a real calendar, not ‘sometime after migration’.
Migration planning
Before a single record moves, we build a concrete migration plan with your team: your source system identified and credentialed, success criteria agreed, and responsibilities established across data extraction, validation, review and approval.
We name the reconciliation requirements that matter most, all matters, work in progress, debtors, trust balances and other critical financial data, and set achievable milestones for the whole timeline.
Data migration
Your data loads through a structured, controlled import. Your migration partner reviews the imported data with your project manager, and an approval report is submitted for agreement and signature. Nobody relies on migrated data that hasn’t been checked and signed for.
Duration depends on your firm’s size, the complexity of the legacy system, the quality of the source data and how many validation cycles it takes to get it right. We don’t rush. We get it right.
Training
Training happens after migration, deliberately, so your team learns inside a system already populated with your firm’s real data, not generic sample records.
Sessions are delivered by role (fee earners, support staff, finance, leadership, practice managers) and tailored to your firm’s structure, workflows and operational requirements, so everyone walks into go-live already confident on the matters they’ll actually work.
Go-live
You switch to Logic Firm as the live system, with your team trained, your data signed off, and intensive hands-on support standing by from day one.
On-site support
Real people, on site, with dedicated sessions across your first few weeks, supporting you to get the most of Logic Firm early on.
Support covers every key area of the platform: matter management, time recording, billing and invoicing, trust accounting, document generation and management, email management, reporting, and integrations. The focus is immediate guidance, reinforcing training, and building confidence on live matters and real client data.
Ongoing support
Business-as-usual helpdesk and advisory support, with a support summary report to your project team weekly for the first two months, then monthly. You see exactly what’s been raised, what’s resolved, and what we’re accountable for.
Great support is measured by outcomes, not ticket closures. When something goes wrong, we solve the immediate operational issue first, then educate to prevent it recurring. Support that only fixes is support you’ll need again; ours is designed to make itself less necessary.
Don’t take our word for it. This is the actual paperwork.
Client-specific details genericised.
Real names, not a rotating queue.
Megan Purcell and Clio Wall lead the client experience, supported by the wider Logic Firm team from your first serious conversation through to being fully live.
